Are you a fan of good music?

Bad ass.....sort of.
Then you should listen to Tito and Tarantula. Maybe it's because I'm super tired and everyone at BZ85 headquarters is asleep, but I find myself jamming out to the relaxing tunes of this super awesome band you've never fucking heard of.

Or have you?

This band, formed in 1992 and led by fan-fucking-tastic lead singer Tito Larriva, has been in quite a few Robert Rodriguez soundtracks, and even appeared in "From Dusk Till Dawn" as the evil vampire band. Tito himself appeared in Desperado as one of the antagonists.

Remember that smooth ass song that played in "Desperado" when Antonio Banderas was walking towards Salma Hayek on the sidewalk by being chased by a gunman, conveniently played by Tito?

Yeah, that's called "Strange Face of Love" and that is done by T and T as well. That song alone made me obsessed with Desperado when I was younger, and it's still in my list of top films thanks in so small part to that kick ass soundtrack.

Do yourself a favor. Put down the Lil Wayne CD for a few moments, toss your One Direction in the trash, and tell Nicki Minaj to go back to Crime Alley and beg for a bowl of milk.

Take your ass down to your local music shop, or more likely onto Pirate Bay, and gather up all the Tito and Tarantula music you can. Their hypnotic rock rhythms will make you wonder why you ever wasted your life going to college and marrying a white woman.

If nothing else you'll listen to some damn mighty fine music and broaden your horizons a little bit, you narrow minded piece of gutter trash.

I'll sign off with one of my favorite songs by them. It's called "After Dark" and it's that delectable tune the VampBand plays when Salma Hayek does her snake dance.

I'm resisting the urge to reference my own snake when talking about Salma Hayek, but I'm sure you can imagine.
